We are seeking for a QA to be a core part of our development team in Poland and US. As a member of the team, you’ll work alongside our product team to test features that empower customers to drive and grow their businesses.
What will you do?
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by developing deep application and business knowledge.
Support and perform manual tests
Collaborate with product, development, support, and implementation teams.
Uphold and contribute to testing best practices as defined by the team leadership.
Test Development
Assist in release process
Properly document testing issues to aid others in the quick and efficient remediation of the issue.
What do you need to bring to the table?
2-5 years of experience in working with financial operations software & performing manual tests
Strong understanding of quality principles, practices and structured testing methodology
Experience with Test Management Tools and Tracking Tools such as Jira
Experience locating, creating or manipulating test data.
Ability to write and execute detailed test plans and scripts.
Ability to interface effectively with project managers, project team, technical staff, business owners and business users in both a team environment and independently.
Excellent oral and written communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with the project team, other application teams and clients is required.
Possess a focus on high quality, a sense of urgency, be self-motivated and work well in a highly collaborative team environment.
Strong organization, time management skills and attention to detail.
