WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Sales Analyst , you will report directly to the Global Insurance Distribution Function in the optimization of sales results through continuous analysis of the insurance sales performance and support the local insurance sales functions for their business development.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts :

  • Identification of commercial opportunities and potential gaps vs. agreed business plans
  • analysis of dispersion of insurance sales performance for all levels of the commercial structure (Zone Managers, individual PoS or branches, etc), to identify additional sales potential, and as an input for the local insurance sales function for the steering the insurance sales trainers and regional sales managers for their dealer / PoS visits
  • monitoring of sales performance of individual dealers / PoS after visits of insurance trainers / regional sales managers, to ensure improvement of performance after visits
  • benchmarking of sales performance among countries / products / type of customers to establish optimal targets.
  • In coordination with the Distribution Manager, prepare the commercial plan, to be debated and executed by the local insurance sales function.
  • Identify and promote the sharing of best practices for the commercial analysis, steering of insurance trainers and sales forces, and for action plans agreed with dealers to improve the sales performance.
  • Contribute to the ongoing debate to optimize the sales performance by ensuring the optimal product / channel / client fit.
  • Interaction with the local insurance sales function and with Customer Intelligence function, with Product function and with the Distribution function.

  • Experience with commercial planning
  • Experience with commercial steering of dealers and internal sales forces
  • Desired

  • Demonstrated experience in the analysis of sales performance in a retail business.
  • EDUCATION

  • University degree (Economics, Engineering, etc).
  • SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Sales performance analysis of PoS / dealers, including analysis of incentives results
  • Good understanding of the insurance business in the scope of consumer finance.
  • MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Language skills - High level of English and Spanish.

    Bacharelato : Mathematics, Bacharelato : Physics, Business Economics (Master Degree) - 5 years : Managerial Economics, Engineering (Master Degree) - 5 years : Industrial Engineering
