Senior Operations (Treasury)

The IAA (Investment Administration & Accounting) Senior Operations(Treasury) employee is responsible for the smooth controlled and efficientexecution of the Operations functions within TS.

Your role

As a Senior Operations (Treasury) your main responsibilities will involve

  • Preparation and delivery of confirmations via SWIFT, electronic platformse.g.Marketwire, DTCC, ICE.
  • ISDA confirmations for derivative transactions
  • Transaction settlement
  • Transaction maintenance
  • SWIFT payment execution
  • Collateral Management
  • Cash Reconciliations
  • Adhoc Payment processing
  • Monitoring and settlement of the Group Cashpools
  • Transaction maintenance
  • Position Reconciliations
  • Derivative Portfolio Reconciliation
  • Static data maintenance
  • EMIR / Dodd Frank / FinfraG regulatory compliance
  • Your Skills and Experience

    As a Senior Operations (Treasury) your skills and qualifications will ideallyinclude :

  • Extensive experience with treasury (FX and MM) and derivative products andprocesses
  • Extensive understanding of ISDA & CSA agreements and documentationincluding daily collateral management.
  • Extensive understanding of electronic derivative confirmation matching &portfolio reconciliations processes
  • Supervisory experience in a settlements department
  • Experience of working internationally across different cultures with crossfunctional teams.
  • At least 5 years work treasury settlements experience in a financial servicesorganization or treasury / risk function within a multinational corporation
  • Demonstrated contribution to large scale, multi-disciplinary project

  • Extensive understanding of financial services industry and associatedfunctions.
  • Detailed understanding and practical experience of FX, MM and specializedfinancial products, including derivatives
  • Understanding of relevant regulatory regimes particularly EMIR.

  • High level of financial literacy.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Detailed understanding of financial products.
  • Detailed understanding of systems and operations.
  • Working at all times lawfully and in accordance with pre-defined regulatory,compliance and financial requirements e.g. Data Protection, Code of Conduct,Health and Safety, and Financial Services Authority Standards.
  • Working at all times in accordance with procedures, group / company policy,processes and controls e.g. the Internal Control Framework.
