As a HR Generalist with focus on Payroll & Compliance in Auxadi you will be the go to’ person for any Payroll and Admin needs by working from the Headquarter team of an international company :
Ensure the full alignment and compliance according to company policies.
Ensure the HR administration function offers a high quality and consistent service to all employees.
Establish and guarantee payroll compliance by maintaining accuracy and on-time delivery of employee payroll.

What should you meet to be a potential Auxadi member?
1-3 years of working experience.
Bacherlor’s Degree in Law, Labour Relations, Business Administration or related field
Business proficiency in English and Spanish.
You are used to an international environment.
