Responsibilities

  • Manage operational and technical aspects of key marketing systems including email (currently Pardot), webinars (currently Crowdcast) and more, as well as marketing integrations, determining better solutions and processes where appropriate
  • Manage and clean up of our email database to create foundational improvements, plus ongoing optimizations with lists, tagging, etc
  • Lead and direct audits of periodic system performance and plan revision strategies as needed
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices across our marketing technology platforms
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
  • Provide a problem solving and point of escalation’ technical support function, with a keen eye and aptitude for trouble-shooting with solutions-led approach
  • Solid technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deployment, campaign landing pages and custom forms
  • Understand workflow processes and systems within a marketing / sales cycle, and develop new processes where needed
  • Develop and conduct training to assure all team members maintain working knowledge of marketing systems and develop and share best practices
  • Solid knowledge of email best practices and compliance including GDPR
  • Requirements

  • You have a degree in Marketing or in a related field
  • 3-5 years working in marketing operations
  • Experience working with Pardot (or other similar email platforms) as well as other tech platforms, with a knowledge and understanding of workflows, email, landing page and forms set-up and more
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Results-focus : You are very focused on delivering on your commitments and goals
