to join the Worldwide digital team based in Barcelona. Working in the Digital Hub of Puig, you will act as a catalyst for the digital transformation of the company, positioning the firm as the reference in digital business worldwide.
You will work in the key strategic initiatives of the digital agenda, across regions, categories and brands.
Functions and Responsibilities :
Drive key strategic projects across brands, markets, functions and product categories (prestige fragrances, niche, lifestyle, makeup, fashion).
Identify, prioritize and materialize growth opportunities across all sales channels : online retailers, marketplaces, direct-to-consumer stores, and other new channels (e.g. social commerce).
Lead the program office of the Digital Business and Digital Hub, managing the agenda and coordinating the functions on transversal initiatives.
Own the quarterly reporting of the Digital Sprint to the Executive Committee, responsible for the agenda prioritization, conceptualization, input coordination and document production.
Support brands in ad-hoc strategic topics for DTC and etailing (e.g. pricing and promotional benchmarks and guidelines).
The ideal candidate has :
5-10 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, ideally in the Digital practice and ecommerce.
Track record in digital transformation in blue-chip companies
Work experience in the Luxury Goods Retail industry
Top notch analytical skills, both numerical and conceptual.
Excellent communication skills, in particular, storytelling and presentation.
Demonstrated commercial aptitude and a pragmatic approach to working.
Great deal of autonomy, proactivity and positive attitude and ambition for excellence.
A Team player with a collaborative work approach.
Fluent English is essential. Spanish would be a real advantage.
