About the role
The Performance Media Specialist will beresponsible for managing the PPC, Programmatic & Paid Social campaigns forSpain and Portugal working with our agency and internal teams.
The role willestablish and maintain weekly performance reporting on delivery from Paid Mediavs target, delivering insight and recommendations to improve performance andscale delivery, collect and analyse data to identify trends and insights toachieve maximum ROAS.
The Performance MediaSpecialist will be able to provide quick wins, through the integration ofPerformance Media and Analytics data to scale direct performance.
The owner ofthe role will find creative and media opportunities to drive urgency topurchase online at Dyson.es. He / She will be expected to lead the 90 dayperformance media plan and ensure key projects are on track.
This role willalso require hands on analysis within the PPC, Programmatic and Social communicatingopportunities and trends within to the wider business.
The Performance Media Specialistwill work closely with both internal cross-functional partners includingCategory Managers to support the planning and delivery of integrated quarterlycampaigns for the Dyson business.
The role can clearly articulate the category objectivesand understands the budget required to deliver against the KPIs.
Monitordigital channel performances via Google analytics and the Google MarketingPlatform identifying trends and opportunities to improve results.
Developlocal market media reporting, delivering insight on audience and creativeperformance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Useindustry and competitor analysis data and tools to inform activity and assessthe potential of new capabilities
Establish,Run and Report on the delivery of our online 90 day testing programme, ensuringall tests are run to a high standard and are rigorously quality checked beforebeing put live.
Deliverongoing Paid Search deep dives to continually improve the channel performance,and lead the work stream with the agency to deliver and report on outcomes
Delivercampaign reports for Categories with insight on audience and creativeperformance
Undertakeongoing analysis and optimisation of all digital marketing campaigns, providinginsight and recommendations for future activity.
Have proven digital marketing experience (3+ years)in PPC
Local Language capabilities Fluent in English andnative Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
Constantly looks for opportunities to use data toimprove performance
Drives forward digital initiatives to deliverimprovements in productivity
Surfaces insights and learnings to share with thebusiness on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Builds a good relationship with Google, DoubleClickand Facebook to maximise platform capabilities
