You lead the Onshore Construction & Logistic cost improvement program and ensure implementation of cost out projects in regional units SEAL, NEME, INDIA, APAC, NAM
You are part of a team of productivity project managers to successfully implementing cross-functional cost out projects
You drive on your own internal cost out projects as project manager with other functions to improve construction and logistic cost
You quantify cost impact for construction and logistic cost of different turbine designs and equipment / tools
You collaborate with stakeholders in the different global departments (TE, OPS, Procurement, LOG, CNS) and implement improvement measures in the customer projects of the regions
What you need to make a difference
You hold a bachelor degree within Engineering, Business or similar fields
You have experience in the area of windfarm construction or logistics
You enjoy communicating with many different stakeholders in a structured and concise manner
You challenge the status quo and work with different stakeholders on solutions constructively
You are motivated to take team lead responsibilities
You possess fluent English skills orally and in writing
You are skilled in MS office and get quickly familiar with software (ideally experience with Group Account)
