Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Contribute to the corner success by delivering an exceptional level customer service
Assist clients with selection of merchandise and develop strong commercial relationships with our clients
Maintain and develop client book, provide thorough after sales service to clients i.e. follow written / telephonic correspondence regarding specific wishes, new deliveries etc
Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets
Maintain and control stock and ensure brand presentation standards
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Flexible and adaptable to El Corte Ingles processes and philosophy
