Summary of the role

Amadeus is looking for a passionate and tech-savvy CRO analyst whois capable of identifying the key problems with a website’s user journey and building and executing an optimization plan aimed at improving web conversion rates.

The person will be reporting to the Insights & Analytics manager and will be responsible for running quantitative and qualitative research on web user’s behavior, identifying areas of improvement, running and executing A / B tests and personalization activities.

This is a transversal role supporting internal marketing teams and working closely with Digital Operations (UX, Content Marketing) and the Customer Engagement and Acquisition (Demand Generation, SEO and Media Buying) teams.

Your main responsibilities

  • Create and execute testing programs across Amadeus digital properties (home page, solutions pages, portfolio pages, landing pages, thank you pages, etc.
  • based on business value and ROI

  • Define and optimize the customer journeys to increase conversion rates
  • Use data to identify insights to build hypotheses and propose test ideas
  • Determine relevant metrics, establish goals, and create appropriate reports to track progress
  • Evaluate program results, analyze efficiencies, and modify strategies based upon results as needed.
  • Recommend enhancements based on findings, with the goal of enabling the maximum number of website visitors and increasing engagement and conversions.
  • Working across multiple stakeholders’ projects simultaneously and managing workload within allocated timeframe
  • Coordinate site optimization projects and priorities.
  • Develop business use cases at a strategic and tactical level to ensure the right tests are being conducted in the correct sequence as part of the strategic optimization strategy and roadmap.
  • About the ideal candidate

  • We’re looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience as a conversion optimization analyst
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Proficient in Adobe or Google Analytics
  • Experience with digital experience platforms (Decibel, Optimizely, Crazy Egg)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively across multiple functions and levels throughout the marketing organization
  • Experience partnering and building strong relationships with internal teams to test, build, launch and improve marketing sites and overall web experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility and ability to learn quickly new tools and new skills
