The new organization we defined is based on two main dimensions : Customer focus around our Key Accounts and Markets, and strong Regional Service Areas.
DNV’s Renewables Advisory group, region SEMELA (Souther Europe, Middle East, LatAm & Africa) is therefore seeking a Team Leader - Wind Turbine Specialists to join our Wind Turbine Technology team.
It is preferred that this position be based out of our Zaragoza, Spain office, but other DNV Renewables Advisory locations in Spain will be considered.
The Team Leader optimizes business operations and improve the long-term performance of the team. They work closely on commercial opportunities to strengthen and expand business, including driving the doer / seller culture.
They direct service line activities and drives technical competence development within the team aligned with Energy Systems strategy.
The Team Leader has a strong focus on delivery and utilization, gains efficiency within the team. They partner with KAMs, and Segment Leads in delivering an excellent customer experience while stimulating collaboration within their section / team as well across the organization.
They must strive for a high performing collaborative culture and exceptional employee experience.
