As the senior leader (m / f / d) for buyer acquisition, growth and marketing, you will be responsible to propel sales and marketing activities leading to buyer acquisition and share-of-wallet growth on Covento.
This role will report directly to the Global Vice President of Covento and work closely with Product Management, Business Intelligence, Technical Program Management, Finance, and third-party contractors.
Key areas of responsibility and function are :
Develop go-to market and guide management strategy for buyer acquisition in preparation for the Covento launch, targeting Small-Medium buyers (SMBs) and Enterprise buyers (ENTs)
Develop a growth strategy that spans across the whole lifecycle of the Covento buyers to ensure buyer habituation and share-of-wallet growth on Covento.
Oversee the Marketing activities carried out by the team including value proposition, product marketing, sales enablement, digital marketing, and marketing automation, both targeting buyers and sellers
Develop and supervise the team to deliver on the various business targets including acquisition target and revenue
Together with the team, own and develop the Sales and Marketing Operation strategy using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Engage with Vestas Transactional Sales and Key Account Managers to better understand the buyers targeted by Covento as well as the process
Consolidate the Voice of Customer from engaging with buyers and provide relevant insights to the rest of the Covento organisation
To qualify for the position, we expect you to have many years of experience from a similar position and relevant education covering business commercial disciplines.
Further, we expect you to have the following qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, or relevant field
Management experience in Sales and Marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS and eCommerce space
Deep understanding of lead management, marketing automation, site merchandising and sales operations as well as a qualified digital and commercial understanding
Proven experience launching new SaaS solution including go-to market strategy
Experience building customer acquisition and retention program to generate high conversion and growth
Experience coordinating activities across sales and marketing channels to bring customer acquisition, growth, and retention
Fluency in English
