As People Administration Consultant , you will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of all personnel administrative matters guided by the implemented People procedures and policies and for the delivery of efficient and accurate administration processes.
This role requires that its occupant take ownership of the operational delivery of People Administrative Services, ensuring that quality service is provided to all employees and internal stakeholders in line with the business’s policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
Takes initiative in enforcing the importance of complying with the People policies, procedures, and processes and has the duty of maintaining up-to-date procedure manuals for all Administration duties.
Ensures compliance and implementation of all regulatory developments, such as labor regulations, collective agreement, tax, social security, etc.
Collaboration : The role is a collaborative one where liaises with external providers performing personnel administration duties as necessary for the proper execution of his / her duties eg.
all payroll instructions are prepared, logged, and submitted in a timely manner, meeting the business’s monthly payroll and benefits run : new starters, contractual variations, leavers, staff and contractual benefits.
On-boarding and Induction : administers the process through which new employees are taken aboard and indoctrinated : preparation of contracts, volunteer agreements, as well as the processing of all pre-employment checks.
Conducts induction meetings with new employees and liaises with departmental heads and managers in ensuring that they are fully aware of their roles and responsibilities in the induction process.
Analytics : plays an analytical role ensuring that databases are updated consistently and accurately reflects the current staff details and conditions and creates appropriate reports for monitoring and auditing employee data, training, working hours and performance, among other processes.
Knowledge : provides day-to-day advice to departmental heads, managers, and employees on general related policies and procedures and legal matters.
Data integrity and accuracy of all records (physical and electronic) for compliance with the data protection regulations and with legal requirements (e.
g. benefit plans; personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, mobility, terminations, and employee statistics)
Successfully collecting, storing, and managing important documentation in both electronic and hard copy format through a clear and concise reference system.
Participating in improvement and development projects with the aim to leverage the best internal service to our clients.

Our ideal candidate will have :
Master’s (Phd) degree in Human Resources, Labor Laws, Public Administration, Business Administration, or any other related field.
A candidate for the position must have had at least 5 years of working experience in a senior administration position within the HR department or as a Payroll Manager.
The candidate will also demonstrate an experience and knowledge of administrative best practices, technology, and general practices.
A suitable candidate will also have had proven success in redefining processes for achieving productivity gains.
