The Consultant will join the Trading and Risk Engineering team based in Spain / London and will report directly to the Application Services Manager.
You will work to service the GDM and GCB applications hosted in Enverus SRE infrastructure.
The role also involves contact with Product and Data Teams in Bangalore, London, Chicago and customers across Europe and the US.
Competitive Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or highly related field
Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in Technical support department
Technical background : Data management / architecture experience, Java, Application Server, distributed cloud-based architecture, Rest API / Webservices and SQL
Troubleshooting skills, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to solve technical challenges
Hands on experience with Tools used for Log Monitoring & Analysis
Excellent knowledge on Customer Communication and related activities
Willingness to learn technologies and take up new challenges
Must have shown exceptional dedication, teamwork andconsistently outstanding performance in his / her current role.
