Senior Talent Acquisition Lead

The Corporate Talent Acquisition Coordinator will source, identify, select and hire individuals for various corporate roles in our company.

This person will be responsible to source strategies with the aim to attract, assess and introduce exceptional talent into our business units with a corporate scope that will, in turn, drive our business to even greater success.

Will be responsible also to identify key KPIs for the different affiliates, track progress, establish the recruitment framework, recommend channels, hiring standards and establish preferred partners.

This role will also be responsible for ensuring a successful employee on-boarding and ensuring the best possible candidate experience.

Being his / her major accountabilities :

  • Direct recruitment of individual professionals across Europe.
  • Generate and maintain a pool database (talent pipeline) of international active and passive candidates.
  • Establish an e-recruitment & employer branding framework for the whole organization, together with local HR and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop a strategy for each vacancy that ensures the quality of the candidate, within the established timeframe, while maintaining our employer branding strategy.
  • Provide advice to functional business leaders, line management and executive management to effectively support strategic staffing objectives.
  • Meet with functional business leaders and executive management to communicate and deliver strategic staffing solutions as needed.
  • Keep abreast of market and demand trends affecting the company's ability to attract competitive candidates.
  • Stablish a partner pool for key searches to ensure synergies at the affiliates as well as at the group by working together with the Purchasing department to improve current framework with the different suppliers at the group.
  • Stablish standard framework for selection and candidates assessment for the group.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
  • 6-7 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar for the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Knowledge of recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases and internet sourcing tools (esp.
  • LinkedIn) recruitment platforms and assessment tools

  • Experience in recruiting international positions in the commercial, technological, and scientific area.
  • Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks.
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Languages

  • English proficiency level
  • Spanish C1 (will be valuable)
  • German C1 (will be valuable)
