As our leading product expert in Cloud technologies you will be well versed in big data and Cloud solutions applicable to the SMB customer segment.
Our client is one of the leading Cloud solutions providers in the market and you will be responsible for providing our sales teams with the right amount of technical knowledge to have solid business conversations with developer audiences as well as C-level IT and business leaders.
By staying abreast of all latest technological advances you will be expected to keep up to date with changes in the market and product offerings from our client and its competitors.
Knowledge of industry changes will then be imparted to the sales team and its managers to equip them with the vital information to allow for the right solution top be offered to prospective clients.
Responsibilities :
Align with knowledge manager to plan, develop and deliver product training programs based on needs analysis and in conjunction with new product launches, features etc.
Ensure product training are clearly defined, documented and delivered for each role within the organization on a quarterly basis.
Implement internal and external best practices into the product training which lead to improved sales performance
Track and measure training results with adjustment made where necessary to plug any knowledge gaps identified through the quality audit process
Establishes a course of action for self or others to accomplish a specific goal.
Develops new ideas and unique and novel solutions to problems.
Recognizes and responds to unanticipated events and requirements.
Actively seeks opportunities to make a contribution rather than passively accepting situations

Requirements
2 years experience working across technology and cloud computing sales or services
Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Telecommunications, Statistics or similar.
Knowledge of how various cloud technologies (Saas, PaaS and IaaS) work together to drive technology adoption within the existing large account base
Knowledge of Big Data landscape and Business Intelligence technologies is preferred
Google Cloud Digital Leader, Azure Fundamentals and / or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications is preferred
