Who you are

An exciting new role in the organization, you will be responsible for leading the design, development and roll out of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) programs and initiatives across North America.

You will engage with business leaders to develop a DE&I strategy that aligns with business objectives, as well as with internal and external stakeholders as the DE&I advocate and champion for the North American business, to drive awareness.

You will partner with marketing, people services, and business lines to educate on DE&I trends and implement key D&I learning courses.

As a part of the North American HR leadership team, you will be integral in partnering with HR Centre of Excellence leaders to design and implement key people programs.

You will collaborate with our DE&I program pillar leaders to provide strategic advisory and guidance on best practices.

What you bring

  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience in progressive roles.
  • Experience leading DE&I, within a large enterprise organization.
  • Experience in influencing and championing the diversity and inclusion agenda across all internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Developed engaging and impactful diversity and inclusion learning modules that build inclusion competency across the organization.
  • Strategic and tactical, with the ability to develop actions with impactful results.
  • Proven record of handling challenging topics in a courageous and constructive way that engages stakeholders in coming up with viable and practical solutions.
  • Passion for D&I, staying current with leading and innovative D&I topics.
  • Experience in using DE&I data to drive business strategies.
  • Bonus skills and experience

  • Education in DE&I is considered an asset.
  • Strong project management skills, the ability to design and implement programs and initiatives.
  • What success looks like

  • You will successfully design, implement and manage key DE&I programs across north America.
