Who you are
An exciting new role in the organization, you will be responsible for leading the design, development and roll out of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) programs and initiatives across North America.
You will engage with business leaders to develop a DE&I strategy that aligns with business objectives, as well as with internal and external stakeholders as the DE&I advocate and champion for the North American business, to drive awareness.
You will partner with marketing, people services, and business lines to educate on DE&I trends and implement key D&I learning courses.
As a part of the North American HR leadership team, you will be integral in partnering with HR Centre of Excellence leaders to design and implement key people programs.
You will collaborate with our DE&I program pillar leaders to provide strategic advisory and guidance on best practices.
