About the Position :
Provide coaching and lead the professional development of the EMEA sales team to foster and ensure a positive, open, creative and inspiring environment that maintains and exceeds revenue projections
Experience and credibility selling to the C level of EMEA companies. You will manage across all areas of the customer organization calling at multiple levels within the account.
For example, Marketing, Product Development, Product Management, Sales Management & Security, Engineering, Finance, along with any important influencers, partners or decision makers
You will oversee forecasting expected bookings. Work directly with the marketing team, finance. to develop an understanding on the business metrics and performance.
Report findings weekly to senior management and communicate the areas and reasons where the forecast is deviating from expectations, both positive and negative
Work across the consumer, enterprise, and other sales channels to help uncover new opportunities as the result of improved synergies
Maintain sound knowledge of the industry, trends and the competitive posture of McAfee and other industry leaders regarding software product offerings
Provide high impact presentations, representing McAfee's business and value proposition as the account's "Number one security provider" to bring security products to end-users
Negotiate large software VAS contracts; integrating requirements by balancing customer needs with our goals
You will work in a matrixed and always changing sales environments within an extremely competitive market
Travel will be part of your role
About You :
15+ years of professional experience in Consumer segment
10+ years of sales experience in Security Software
10+ years of experience in a people management capacity
A consultative sales background
Established financial knowledge
Think and act on a strategic level
Experience closing substantial deals
