We are currently looking for a Fashion Advisor with high level of German or Dutch and English.
Attend customer posts in Social Networks.
Solve any kind of customer's doubt or complain regarding our Client
Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor.
To follow all the processes and procedures of the project.
Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams.
Ensure contractual SLA is maintained
High / native level of German or Dutch and English
Goal and customer service oriented
Deep knowledge of Social Media Platforms
Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications : Windows / MS Office / internet configuration
Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
Marketing studies is a plus

Full-time (39hrs / week) and long-term contract
Schedule : Monday-Friday from 08 : 00 to 17 : 00 some Saturdays from 08 : 00 to 17 : 00 or from 09 : 00 to 18 : 00
Salary : 16.732,21 Euros gross / year + up to 1.440 Euros gross / year in bonus
