Summary of Role The Portfolio Management Team or PMT, is one of the pillars of our Segmentation Strategy, embedded in our 2020 vision.

Through it, transforming the way we manage our Clients, assigning the best resources and processes to it, always putting the Client at the center of our business.

PMT is an exciting project to create innovative Insurance Solutions for our colleagues in Willis. PMT is completely aligned with the Western Europe Client Segmentation Strategy, working in order to define a new way to approach our Clients of the different segments defined, trying to innovate with originals ideas that will generate incomes in long term, more efficiency and less possible errors and omissions in order to protect our P&L, aligning our service model and organization as a way for further increase profitability by giving to each Client the right service level.

This position reports to the PMT Leader Iberia and works closely with Willis MGA and with the rest of Business Units and Product Specialties in Willis Iberia.

The Role We are looking for a Portfolio Management Analyst, who will be in charge of the research, design, development and implementation of Products and Structure Portfolio Solutions (SPS s), for all Segments and all Distribution Channels.

Responsibilities + Analysis of opportunities and needs by segment and business units, + Market analysis, competitor's position and benchmarks of coverage, wordings and pricing.

  • Design and development of wordings, rates tables, business rules, guidelines, operations and quotation systems. + Management of products, updating rates, wordings and conditions, maintain and constantly improve every created SPS s, in order to keep them on market.
  • Preparation of documentation, procedures, operating manuals, etc. + Monitoring, maintenance and updating of models and manuals.
  • Help in the training for all Willis Towers Watson distribution channels. + Contribute in the definition of operating models, focusing on embeding technology and efficiency where possible working alonside IT teams.
  • Creation of marketing plans to distribute products in the best way : analyzing which are the best distribution channels, the approach for each segment, placing the product in every segment, type of business, target client, etc.
  • Business case preparation for tenders. + Selection and negotiation with appropriate insurance markets. + Analysis of offers and preparation of award reports.
  • Creation of documents of agreement : Line slips / Contracts / Binders / Protocols. + Follow up of execution plans. Scorecards creation.
  • Monitoring of results of each SPS. Business penetration analysis. + Tracking of sales and business initiatives. The Requirements + Bachelor degree from a University + At least 2-3 years of experience in product development or broking.
  • Broad knowledge of insurance companies and the insurance market + Organization skills + Negotiation skills + Decision-making capacity + Communication skills + Results Oriented + Team player + Ability to work and collaborate with other teams + Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office package + High level of English Equal Opportunity Employer
