Our client, an important Retail Company, needs toincorporate a Retail Analyst (Controller) in their offices in Madrid.
MISSION & BENEFITS
Responsible for analysing, planning and supportingSales Budgets and Business Objectives in cross-functionality with the BusinessAnalyst and other Department Analysts.
The profile will work on developing tools toanticipate Business targets and Metrics to address risks and opportunities tosupport Retail Directors.
He / she will support the Retail teams developing toolsto project and forecast KPI s and will provide regular stats and reporting.
Liaison with the Business Analyst to provide a clearpath to jointly drive the business.
He / she will unify Retail sales budgeting and planningto produce one unique outcome when reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Retail Planning
Establish, developand maintain the critical path for the yearly Sales Budgeting and Mappingprocess
Establish andmaintain the critical path for the yearly Sales Forecasting process
Address theRemerchandising Budgeting allocated to follow and accomplish through the year
Develop the relevanttools to identify upfront the risks and opportunities in the calendar and perbrands within the months
Provide ahead of thequarters the relevant Budgets and KPI s targets to RM s for thorough follow up
Develop the relevanttools to project sales and Kpi s by brand ahead of the quarters
Define the specificmetrics / KPI s by brand ahead of every single Campaign which will efficientlysupport the growth
Develop specific TaskForces of brands to accelerate business needs
Develop a criticalpath to analyse and follow up Brands Range plan, Product flow and deliveries
Support analysis onsales trends, footfall pattern and KPI s pattern
Weekly Sales Reportsby ensuring Retail data is coherent
Weekly Drivers Top 25(Tier 1 + Tier 2) results, KPI s and next month projections (4 weeks) alignedwith other Villages targets and KPI s
Weekly Customerprofile analysis through Coniq, drilled down to Drivers and crossed with otherVillages results by nationality
WTD Reports toproject weekend brand targets
Monthly business andbrand performance Reports (5 week trend)
AAR s to addresslearnings and missed opportunities
MBR s & QBR ssupport in liaison with the Business Analyst to provide Retail plans &metrics
Support RM s :
Provide Sales budgetsand metrics ahead of the quarters
Provide Sales bybrands and KPI s projected for the next 4 weeks
Provide Forecastedtargets after the month in caption
Provide metrics perCampaign to support each RM portfolio
Projects & Systems :
Improve outcomesdelivered by PowerBI in between Retail Systems Champion* and Group
Improve outcomesdelivered by The Cube in between Retail Systems Champion and Group
Support the outcomesdelivered by Coniq and additional functionalities
Create a Daily Salesreport and analyse opportunities to develop additional outcomes.
Support the born ofany software for budgeting and forecasting purposes
Marketing & Tourism
Liaison with theMarketing & Tourism Analysts to jointly provide the evidence for theMapping process
Liaison with theMarketing & Tourism Analysts to jointly share metrics and KPI s upfront
Liaison with theMarketing & Tourism Analysts to jointly conclude AAR s
Liaison to ensureSales budgeting and mapping deadlines are accomplished
Liaison to identifydiscrepancies and analyse deviations within the Sales Budgets and Mapping
Liaison to identifydiscrepancies and analyse deviations within the Sales Forecast
Identify and workupfront with the yearly Remerchandising budget
Monthly monitoring ofthe Remerchandising Budget accomplishment
Internal review ofthe deviation vs Remerchandising Budget and supportive business opportunities
Requisitos / Requirements
Graduate / Postgraduate in a Business University with degree level.
Strong business experience of 4 / 5 years.
Master in Excel, very strong on numbers to make calculations and forecast together with the Retail Director.
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving and results oriented skills.
Strong communication skills to engage business decision makers.
Ability to adapt well to different situations and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge and experience of other programmatic tools and systems.
Computer literate for reporting and presentations.
