Reporting into the International Insights Director and working closely with the Senior Insights Manager - International, based within the wider Global Insights Team, this role works closely with the regional and local Marketing & Insights teams, International Strategy team, International Innovation team, regional Commercial teams, Center of Excellence (on / off-trade) and our distributor partners.
You will be responsible for providing actionable insight, which shapes brand, consumer, shopper and channel strategies for our premium portfolio.
You will become a trusted and respected provider of consumer, category and shopper insights across several markets in the International region (focus on EMEA and South America).
This individual has the opportunity to be a key part of driving and shaping our business in a highly attractive and growing category and on amazing brands.
You will build a strong network across the organization, from insights, innovation to marketing and commercial / sales, and work closely together with cross-functional counterparts globally.

Role Responsibilities
Partner with regional or local brand marketing or commercial teams to ensure BSI brand strategies, activities and programs are grounded in consumer insight and champion the consumer in all that you do
Championing the International Insight team both within the Marketing and Global Insight community
Advise markets without their own insights resource - support them during the brand planning process and when rolling out consumer insight studies
Lead qualitative and quantitative research projects throughout all stages including design, execution, analysis, and recommendation
Run learnings and training sessions to improve the consumer insights knowledge in the regional and local teams and help to transfer insights into strategic actions
Take over local / regional responsibilities for Global projects like brand health tracking, demand space or shopper studies
Lead ad hoc consumer projects with focus on the International region
Build a strong internal network across markets and functions
Be part of the Global Insights team and act as local / regional represent of the International region
Build and lead successful working relationships with external agencies, and a strong understanding of the tools / services available
Work with the International Insights Director to develop clear learning plans for the region

A genuine interest in the AlcBev sector
Ideally - experience with range of research methodologies or a clear interest in developing methodological breadth - concept testing, advertising, vis-id / packaging, positioning, consumer segmentation / demand spaces etc.
Experience with syndicated sources (e.g. Nielsen, IRI, Panel data, MRI etc.) and ability to generate category or brand insights and to form recommendations
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant Bachelor’s degree required Master’s degree a plus
5+ years of experience
Industry experience in AlcBev is a plus, CPG experience a must
Openness to agency-side candidates, depending on relevant experience (e.g. has worked mainly on AlcBev accounts across different methodologies)
