As an IT Manager at Veepee your role will be within one of our product teams mainly to provide the means for the team to deliver results in a sustainable manner.

Your team will be made up of developers, QA and DevOps for instance. You will work closely with product owners and business team.

Your main missions will be :

To give meaning to the team adopting the right management methods according to the team needs;

To develop the team without doing micromanagement;

To share company information & spread out team activity;

To define and run a clear and relevant organization within the team;

To build your team with the right competences and the right spirit.

Your profile :

Emphatic and open-minded;

You're not afraid of taking risk for your team and making tough decisions;

Client and user-oriented, your goal is always heading toward the business needs;

Dynamic and able to communicate easily within your team and across the company;

Broad understanding of IT technologies;

Good knowledge of Agile principles;

Good English skills to interact with a large multilingual environment.
