Our customer, an international holding company leader in the field of cinema is looking for a PRICING EXECUTIVE (ITALY) for their offices in Milan.
REPORTS TO : Head of Revenue Management & Commercial Strategy Southern Europe
FUNCTION : Responsible for Execution and contributing to Definition of the Pricing & Promotions Strategy in the territory.
JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT :
Poviding the Revenue Management team with data and insights to take both tactical and strategical decisions, and ensuring decisions taken are feasible and delivered timely and effectively.
Coordinating the different areas of the company involved in the delivery of the Pricing Strategy and of the tactics signed off.
Controlling the results of the company in terms of ATP and market share, contributing to the forecasts and the budget, and monitoring all local initiatives of the competition.
Taking the ownership of the price mix optimization and promotional plan by cinema cluster, territory, business model or by site, analyzing and considering performance and peculiarities of the cinemas and their level of competition.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Cooperate with cinemas in implementation and monitoring of the box office pricing changes in all cinemas, both temporary (e.
g. Blockbuster Pricing) and permanent (e.g. Pricing Reviews).
Weekly reporting with dashboards for Italy KPIs results compared with budget, previous year and previous week (ATP, %MS Attendance, %MS GBOR, Attendance, Paid Attendance, GBOR, booking fees).
Analysis by Area for commercial team, detecting the SWOT components by site to work on them and analyzing where to focus efforts regarding promotional pressure
Ticket Pricing categorization and promotional mix control to understand ATP bridge.
Smart ticket pricing with analysis by site and price category and with the control in competitor prices to optimize the price mix of our cinemas.
Weekly interdepartmental forecasting to predict future performance in order to control Budget consecution and to create a commercial planning with marketing team.
SOx process for price changes control.
Proposal of improvements in operational processes for the company, as automatization for massive price changes or for weekly level of promotional activity.
Coordination with Film Booking, Operations, Finance and IT to ensure the ticket pricing strategy and of the tactics are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibility of the follow up of any ticket pricing issue coming from individual cinemas, Regional Managers, and from the Commercial direction.
Support the Commercial direction in any process which involve ticket pricing, coming both locally (es. B2B sales, Serial Tickets, Loyalty Program) and from the Group HQs.
Support the F&B direction to ensure pricing is set in a consistent manner to deliver results.
Support the F&B direction in the design and the delivery of any bundle ticket offer.
Support the Real Estate direction in new initiatives (es. Luxe, PLF) which involve ticket pricing.
Awareness of the ticket pricing strategy of competitors with price checks and, if needed, site visits.
