Back Sales Representative Sevilla REF. JXC634 CHEMISTRY AND PHARMACEUTICAL Sales and Marketing Our client is a leading international Medical company, currently recruiting a Sales Representative to be based in Sevilla.

In this Sales Representative role you will support our strategic plans to deliver growth in our Aesthetics division. Partnering with Marketing you will develop strategies to increase brand awareness and aligning with the Technical Engineering Team you'll identify customer opportunities.

You'll be the Customer's Business Partner, working with a win-win approach and providing creative and smart solutions that will potentiate and develop customer's business. Functions

Build relationships across territory through customers regular visits all sales activities within the defined geographical area

Launch new products on assigned accounts

Identify business opportunities and win-win solutions adapted to customer's needs

Manage customer's accounts and prepare weekly forecasts and reporting

Prepare accounts updates to share within Sales Team, Management or for Business Multifunctional Meetings

Partner with Iberian Sales Manager to understand and build strategies for sustainable profitable growth

Partner with Medical Education, Marketing and other internal partners to bring to life the solutions to customer's needs

Work closely with Technical Engineering Team to identify opportunities for contracts maintenance or to ampliated customers portfolio

Identify business opportunities within the region, increase territory coverage and portfolio

Share Sales Best Practices within Iberian Sales Team Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, you will have :
  • Previous sales experience in Pharma Visit and / or Aesthetics
  • Proven track record of delivering growth in a business through the development of long term relationships, Business acumen and the ability to spot opportunity

    BS Degree on Technical Areas (Biology / Pharma / Health) or Business Management, or in alternative a solid proven track record in Pharma / Aesthetics Sales

    Positive mindset, transforming business challenges into business opportunities

    Customer Oriented, providing innovative solutions and developing our customer's business

    Team worker

    Communication skills, assertivity and empathy

    Good English level
