What you will do

The Insides Sales Manager develops the existing Inside Sales team, consisting of 14 inside sales We expect the team to grow significantly in the next 2 years.

  • Leading all the team of Inside Sales in Spain
  • Improve productivity of the team
  • Work with Spain & Portugal Sales & KAM teams in order to define, fine tune and improve all the sales force applying to Spain territory planning
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within TheFork
  • Work closely with the Iberia Sales Director to ensure consistency & alignment Vs country targets
  • Developing company / team KPIs
  • Work together with rest of sales & Account management teams in the pursuit of excellent results and flawless execution
  • Keep up with product training and new offerings as well as latest value proposition
  • Who you are :

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • High level of English
  • 5 years team management skill experience in inside sales
  • experience in B2B online environment and / or leisure-restoration.
  • Autonomous and familiar to work with KPIs and targets at individual, team,and company level Strong organizational and analytic skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, customer service, nurturing, educating and communications skills
  • Self-motivated and thorough
  • Experienced at building effective customer relationships through positive communication, honesty and trust
  • Target driven and proven self-starter with ability to deliver on targets without constant supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively
  • Good business judgment when making decisions and always considers the relevance / impact of each decision on the business
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Plus requirements :
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
  • Already work with SalesForce CRM
