With your expert knowledge, you competently respond to individual needs and ensure customers derive maximum value from their investment in Celonis by utilizing their licenses, optimizing user adoption and leveraging new opportunities.
Furthermore, you identify up- and cross selling potentials.Responsabilities : Work directly with a portfolio of customers to define success and help them drive significant value out of using CelonisDevelop a deep understanding of customer needs, use cases, and objectives in order to ensure that the Celonis platform is properly leveraged to achieve themAssist customers in driving user adoption and change management within their organizationMonitor and report on the overall well-being of customers, tracking key health and usage indicatorsServe as a point of escalation for key customer issues and ensure swift resolutionEnsure high customer satisfaction and retentionEvangelize the capabilities of the Celonis platform, identifying opportunities for further growth within customers while working collaboratively with the account team to position upsellsWork with the services teams to facilitate the onboarding of new customersRequirements : Must have 2+ years of experience in Customer Success / Portfolio Success Management, consulting or account management for a SaaS organizationBS / BA degree in business administration, engineering, computer science or a comparable education, Master’s degree is a plusSelf-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyaltyExperience in business transformation initiatives is a strong plusSkillful at building long term relationships with executives and key stakeholdersProficiency in leading and facilitating executive meetings and workshopsPassion for making customers successfulDemonstrated ability to navigate conflict and foster open communicationStrong analytical thinking and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus)We.
