Work of the Future Learning Program Lead

You will be part of the Customer Support Organization and the highly innovative and agile Work of the Future team designing and implementing learning programs and solutions.

We are curious and are exploring new ways of learning and implementing learning solutions. We apply flexibility, collaborate, and adjust our plans based on new insights, customer feedback and business priorities.

The learning design is never done, it is continually developing with the organization and the future needs.

We are looking for a self-starter with experience in learning program methodologies, i.e., ADDIE, able to coordinate and lead initiatives using project management methodologies with SMEs and vendors and align with sponsors and main stakeholders with excellent communication qualities.

Your responsibilities :

  • Leads multiple large learning projects and programs with global and cross-organizational program teams on needs assessment, intervention selection, design, development, implementation, reporting, and continuous innovation and improvement of learning solutions.
  • Builds a deep understanding of the CS learning needs as well as the strengths of existing learning channels, content, and skills, and develops the strategy to evolve the learning over time.
  • Develops strategy for projects and programs that significantly impact multiple businesses.
  • Designs and implements a curriculum strategy for selected Work of the future skills and develops new learning experiences and frameworks to measure the learning impact.
  • Manages the learning program lifecycle, providing end-to-end ownership of the designed Skill learning offerings, from strategy development to implementation, and insights on the impact from the offerings designed to ensure the quality of experience, transference of learning, post-program learning reinforcement, facilitator performance and health, program enrollment / utilization, and efficiency.
  • Accountable for operational goals and the management of financial planning including cost-benefit analysis, strategic budgeting, tracking / reporting, and results.
  • Routinely develops and introduces innovative methods and processes for improving program operations.
  • Ensures alignment of program priorities with business and L&D strategies.
  • Stays abreast of current market or technology trends, explores new learning solutions, provides thought leadership and consults on areas of expertise throughout the organization.
  • Applies Design Thinking Methodologies when analyzing and designing Skill Learning Journeys and the Skill Curriculum.
  • Ensures timely communication and delivery of solutions within established turn-around times by applying project management experience
  • Fosters professional development and growth for self and others e.g., coaching and mentoring.
  • Education and Experience Required :

  • First-level university degree, advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 8+ years’ experience, including managing large complex projects or programs.
  • Knowledge and Skills :

  • Superior program and project management skills.
  • Superior facilitation and consulting skills.
  • Superior business and financial planning acumen.
  • Superior leadership, communication, change management, and project management skills.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, including strong competency in vendor management and cultural awareness.
  • Demonstrated mastery in developing and implementing comprehensive and effective learning programs.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in and with diverse global teams.
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
