What this job involves
Client Relationship Management
Establish and own strong relationships with the HP Account’s client representative
Understand the client’s business drivers, focus and support the management team to ensure those priorities are met and aligned with our JLL deliverables
Ensure services are delivered in a well-integrated manner at all levels so as to exceed the client’s expectations
Proactively lead and participate in monthly / quarterly / semi-annual client meetings as required
Implement regular client feedback sessions to gain input and direction from the HP client representative and ensure the management team is well briefed
Respond to client issues in an expedient and professional manner and ensure corrective actions are taken to resolve issues
Achieve reference status with clients which demonstrates best in class service delivery that can be leveraged to expand and grow the business
Governance and Leadership
Provide the required level of leadership to ensure the Account Team is high performing and operates in line with JLL’s culture, values and Ethics
Retain, attract and develop direct reports to build a robust pipeline of future leaders in the organisation and plans for critical roles
Ensure proper governance, contractual arrangements and structure are in place
Develop the financial strategy and account financial plan, and ensure the account plan is met or exceeded in both growth and profitability (P&L)
Aim to exceed the annual targeted contract margin
Ensure the account delivers against contract deliverables meeting all contractual KPI’s and CPI’s
Mitigate the financial risk by ensuring there is no account bad debt
Partner with all Platform and Global Account SME’s to drive excellence
Drive change and ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives and innovations
Ensure all defined services are completed in accordance with quality operating procedures and statutory and regulatory requirements
Ensure HP and JLL EHS compliance requirements are met
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard conduct, local laws and professional ethics and within the guidelines of client’s organisation
Ensure the account remains on track and continually positioned for a successful renewal (non-bid renewal)
Work with the Solutions Development team, leverage expertise and external networks to enhance sales and business development effort
Ensure that the account actively supports new business pursuits and implementation of new accounts

Establish a transformation plan for the HP Accounts that is in line with HP’s transformation strategy
Ensure the implementation of company strategic initiatives and innovative technology solutions for the HP Account
Strong market knowledge and technical expertise
Good understanding of industry technology and offering
Competent in Strategic Planning, Project Management, Facility Management, Transaction Management, Occupancy Planning & Real Estate Market Analysis
Strong track record of effectively managing and developing teams and relationships with clients, and internal and external partners
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven capabilities to effectively represent businesses and drive decisions with senior executives
Ensures confidence with team / client and uses Emotional Intelligence in dealing with teams and the client
Commercially and financially astute
Willingness to travel regionally and internationally, as required
Fluent in English, other European languages desired with Spanish most preferred
Based : Barcelona, Spain
Progressive leadership experience in corporate real estate, with broad exposure to facilities or property management, real estate service delivery oversight and vendor management
Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, or the equivalent would be an advantage
Licences or certification from a relevant industry professional organization
