Licensing Sales Specialist :

  • Work with internal teams and Partners in the construction and processing of commercial deals; manage internal stakeholders / Partners.
  • Propose and contribute with innovative solutions that help to maximize commercial opportunities within the MS licensing models.
  • Manage the preparation of documentation (CPS, Ammendments) and coordinate escalations / approvals with internal stakeholders within reduced deadlines.
  • Review and follow-up of operations (close the loop) with the person in charge of the team facing closure / forecast follow-ups
  • Propose improvements and efficiencies in the management and process management to minimize risks and shorten deadlines
  • Anticipate potential issues related to the contractual structure or process management in order to propose solutions
  • Key skills / experience candidate should have :

  • Analytical Skills (able to understand and interpret reporting elements or KPI, understand and prepare economic proposals,etc..)
  • Operational savvy (understands operational process conceptually
  • Excel skills
  • Contractual / legal basic knowledge preferable but not required
  • Able to communicate written spoke in English.
