RESPONSIBILITIES
Leader of the Quality Assurance Team (12 team members)
Quality Assurance and Quality Control in regular production
Primary contact in Quality for Production
NC management and day-to-day Quality Control Operations
Batch release
Batch Records and CofA creation and issuance
Development and validation of measurement systems
Calibration management
Special inspections performed in Validations or R+D projects
Responsible for GMP training and Clean Room Controls

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
University Degree in Engineering or Pharmacy
7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical and / or Medical Device Industry
Expertise in Quality Systems in compliance with GMP and / or ISO13485
Proficiency in Quality System tools and elements (such as Complaint Handling, NC management, CAPA, Validation, Change Control, Audit, Risk Assessment)
Knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control
Understanding of Regulatory Requirements for Medical Devices and Pharma
Trained in Clean Room Qualification and Control
SKILLS AND PERSONAL PROFILE
Highly experienced in leading teams
Used to behave as a team player (empathy, negotiation, flexibility)
High communication skills, experience in communication with customers / suppliers
Understanding the role of a supplier for the Pharma industry as medical device supplier
Willing to focus on results and objectives
Understanding of actions must be proportionated to issues
