The People Operations Specialist at Kantox plays a role building a first class Kantox’ journey experience.

Your mission is to ensure that the People team provides excellent service to our internal customers.
Responsibilities :
Own the full employment lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding operations.
Continuously improve the Onboarding experience of new employees : making it engaging, playful and informative.
Technical lead for new design workflows and automation processes. (being able to transform manual tasks to automated workflows that are a game changer)
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, mitigating legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Assisting our recruitment efforts from an advertising, sourcing, coordination, events participating and candidate experience perspective.
Proactively anticipate the needs of the different business areas.
Contribute to building new initiatives to promote our culture and values : such as Engagement Survey, Feedback, Recognition and Celebrations and programmes which improve the People Experience.
Dive deep and analyse metrics to get to the root cause of any issues, as well as improving or identifying best practice.
Requirements
3 years of proven work experience working in a People department with startup mindset
Proven experience in HRIS / ATS implementation (HR tools)
BSc in HR or relevant field
Excellent level of English and Spanish, strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organisation
Extended knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and HR laws and regulations
Employee experience project management
Automation tools expert
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and coaching skills; engages and builds effective relationships across the organisation
