The role : Kantar TNS are looking for an Associate Director leading the Customer Experience domain, new business client developer.

You will oversee existing clients, maintaining the relationships and making them grow, and at the same time very focused on commercial activities to bring new clients on this area to the company.

A high skilled professional is required, with strong experience in customer experience research, from relational approaches to transactional, Voice of the client programmes, and knowledge of customer journeys.

Background : Research agency, CX consulting firm or CX role in client.

Responsibilities :

  • Very focused in commercial activities : commercial planning and execution of all initiatives to bring new business to the company.
  • Analysis and insight synthesis to condense market stories into executive summary packs
  • Leading team to ensure reports are delivering client impact
  • Leading day to day client relationships
  • Internal collaboration across Kantar brands with exposure to consulting as well as insight functions
  • Leading and coaching junior members of the team (2-3 people)
  • Incorporating advanced analytics to develop an increasing level of impact to client
  • Requirements :

  • Excellent client management skills
  • Experience of leading a team
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • 10 years quantitative research experience, including managing large projects.
  • Experience in managing technical CX experience platforms (Medallia, Qualtrics) and implementation of CX projects with this tools.
  • Financial, telco, insurance and other services sector experience is required.
  • Experience in advanced consultancy on CX to clients would be an advantage.
  • Fluent in English
