The role : Kantar TNS are looking for an Associate Director leading the Customer Experience domain, new business client developer.
You will oversee existing clients, maintaining the relationships and making them grow, and at the same time very focused on commercial activities to bring new clients on this area to the company.
A high skilled professional is required, with strong experience in customer experience research, from relational approaches to transactional, Voice of the client programmes, and knowledge of customer journeys.
Background : Research agency, CX consulting firm or CX role in client.
