As a Senior Talent Acquisition you will collaborate with Hiring Managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
You along with the help of our sourcer will attract candidates using various platforms, and employee referrals ensuring that our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
You will be responsible for multiple 360 degree recruitment projects with our hiring managers
You work independently on your vacancies, including briefings and collaboration with Inhouse / Sourcer
Be a self-confident sparring partner and advisor for our hiring managers, providing a realistic picture of the current talent market and its latest trends
Win over and develop trusted, long-term relationships with candidates by managing expectations and acting solution-oriented
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools
Identify applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Qualifications & Skills
You have at least 4-5 years of relevant recruitment management experience
Proven work experience as a Recruiter ( either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Hands on experience with various selection processes
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
Persuasive can-do mentality to identify, engage, and activate the best talent from around the world
Preferably experience in hiring Tech Profiles

Successful collaboration with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and ensure a productive and fun work environment
Strategic mindset to create and maintain pipelines and sustainable communication plans
Excellent written and spoken English
