As Talent Partner you are in the center of steering our service portfolio, consulting with talents and people manager and design and innovate new offers :
Drive people development together with talents, people leaders, coaches and assessment providers and many interfaces in and beyond the People Function
Consult and act as a sparring partner for talents on their development journey
Act as Talent Management consultant and present Talent Management initiatives with different internal customer groups
Co-create new designs of any assessment or development activities in a global expert community
Coordinate, manage and promote Talent Management events and processes like development conferences, information sessions, training events in the global talent, people leaders’ and People Function community
Contribute to Talent Management projects to shape a great talent experience and be part of talent brokerage
Support Talent Management and People Function projects like Employer of Choice, #Lead, Agile Company
Key Requirements
Successfully completed studies (ideally connecting to people development / change management or communications)
Experience in people, culture and development related roles (ideally Talent Management)
First project management experience beneficial
Intercultural awareness and sensitivity as well as experience in working in a global role
Passion for implementation and continuous improvement
Experience in working in a hybrid, high team-orientation and good interpersonal skills
Self-driven working style and good communication skills
Proactive and creative approaches to new topics
High customer-orientation, pragmatic and solution-focused mindset
Experiences in agile ways of working and methodologies are very welcome
Fluent English skills in both speaking and writing
