Job Description

The candidate we are looking for will drive the definition and execution of all Southern Europe (SE) Transformation Initiatives by navigating the complexity of intersecting workstreams, multiple stakeholders and complicated data dependencies to effectively capture the value.

She / he plays a key role as an interface with the European Transformation Office (TO) to connect key pan European initiatives with SE.

Your responsibility :

Support delivery across SE initiatives

  • Ensure alignment between TO, region and initiative owners,
  • Play a crucial role in ensuring the potential value is realised by supporting initiative owners in the delivery of their initiatives,
  • Help to drive speed and agility in decision making, identifying areas to eliminate duplicative work, remove barriers to progress, and accelerate stronger integration across business units and functions,
  • Partner with other PMO Leads to ensure local teams are equipped for deployment of use cases and have the necessary support in place to drive value capture,
  • Complete pre-mortems on SE Big Rocks Initiatives,
  • Interface with Digital and CX Transformation initiatives.
  • Portfolio planning, change management & governance

  • Ensure the appropriate governance and change management is in place to support the execution and value capture of the portfolio, driving resource optimisation and alignment across all initiatives,
  • Collaborate with Global Brambles’ and European Transformation Offices to outline, design and embed consistent programme governance standards and methodology, ensuring a standard of rigour is in place across all initiatives,
  • Aid the prioritisation efforts across the portfolio of activity,
  • Work with initiative owners on the planning and prioritization of individual initiatives (including scheduling, work plans, resourcing),
  • Drive focus and ensure activities are being managed to plan and budget,
  • Manage dependencies, risk / issues and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Tracking and reporting value capture

  • Provide project portfolio reporting capabilities, tracking overall performance, value capture and benefits realisation within WAVE, the Transformation Portfolio tool,
  • Work with business stakeholders to track and report on value capture,
  • Own reporting, communications and updates to SE LT sponsors, European TO, Workstream Leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Our requirements :

  • Project Management certification,
  • Experience working across large-scale initiatives, bringing different stakeholder groups together to deliver value,
  • Demonstrable experience coaching others in project management best practices, either formally or informally,
  • Experience in diverse multi-cultural, matrix corporate cultures,
  • Experience with Change Management and cultural change,
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills,
  • Experience using one or all : PowerBI / Microsoft Teams / Flow / PowerApps,
  • Languages : fluent English and local language is a must.
