Position : Agribusiness Sales Representative
Location : To be based in either Seville, Valencia, or Alicante office

About the Role
Our Sales Representatives drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our business through building client relationships and proactive marketing.
Your understanding of Spanish Real Estate Legislation and agriculture industry experience across Spain will assist you in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs.

As a Sales Representative, you will :
List, market and sell properties
Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs
Achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertising
Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
To succeed at CBRE Agribusiness, you :
Should have some form of Degree or Tertiary Diploma in Agriculture studies
Need at least a B2 (FCE) English level
Must have knowledge of Excel and Power Point
Possess local real estate industry experience and or strong agriculture experience or knowledge
Can appraise rural properties, and identify positive aspects
Possess an understanding of Spanish Real Estate Legislation
Have excellent communication, organizational, negotiation and client relationship skills. Have a keen eye for detail.
Must be a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
