Mission and responsibilities :
At Openbank we are looking for great people to join our international digital business solutions team.
The primary focus of this role is to work on the adaptation and redesign of existing web & app solutions to be implemented in new markets as part of the international expansion of Openbank.
Then BPO will know how to create and mold great digital customer experiences, taking into account local regulatory impacts and customer behavior.
The main tasks of this position will be the following :
You will be the processes owner for all digital business solutions across the new markets Openbank intends to launch
You will have to take regulatory and market practice recommendations and adapt existing processes to be acceptable in each new market
We expect you to be an expert in digital solutions and to provide a valuable input as you will be heavily involved in reviews and validations
Working closely and cross-functionally with UX, T&O and both internal and third party development teams you drive the changes are implemented to meet with project deadlines
You will be responsible for communicating progress and status to the International Business team as required.
What are we looking for in this position?
Bachelors or master’s degree related with digital, CX or project management.
5 years of experience in digital banking, fintech, online retail or e-commerce (highly desirable).
Previous experience of designing web and / or app processes and solutions (essential)
Project Management Experience (highly desirable)
Experience in customer-facing roles, to understand customer experience (highly desirable)
You need to have a high proficiency or be fluent in English and Spanish. German desirable.
Having experience with the following programs would be a plus : InVisio, Service Now, Confluence, Jira and Office (Advanced level)
