Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Project Specialist will be key to support in Execute the local digital marketing strategy to develop the brand positioning in the Country towards developing the consumer engagement and loyalty
Functions and Responsibilities :
Roll out the Brand s digital activity and ensure its consistency with the brand sense of purpose
Place consumer’s insights at the heart of the marketing and business model
Upskill the marketing team
Ensure an outlook among the local competitors & other industries : trends, intelligence, and experimentation
Content & Media
Develop and manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand objectives across consumer funnel, with a special focus on programmatic campaigns
Ensure cross-media efficiency, close tracking of results, and issue recommendations based on that. Negotiation of digital media planning and investment, KPI’s setting, ROI and results analysis.
Partner and challenge media agency (including on innovative mechanisms). Manage the workflow from briefing to execution and ensure that all milestones are being met daily with agencies, local and international teams.
Share best practices and monitor local digital performance of the products to support the brand’s ambition
Develop and manage content, both local and international, that are the most efficient to the country
Responsible for planning and implementing key eCRM projects to meet the short- and long-term needs of the business.
Scope the business requirements for new eCRM projects (most specifically, data-driven dynamic email campaigns), taking into account the needs of key stakeholders.
Engage with internal contacts and external agencies to fully manage costs, timings and KPIs for each project.
Ensure all eCRM projects are tracked with relevant reports and develop a full review document for each project the goal being to ascertain key insights / actions that can inform future planning.
Manage the day-to-day running of eCRM program, ensuring updates and enhancements are delivered on time by supplying briefs / assets / feedback and sign-off in a timely manner.
Experience : Minimum of two years in digital / CRM project management. Experience in Programmatic and Performance Marketing Campaigns (DBM, SEM, Remarketing - CPA, CPL) and in CRM programs & recruitment.
Proven experience in beauty or fashion will be desirable
Education : Graduate in BA / Engineering
Languages : Native Spanish and Proficient in English
