This is an exciting opportunity to build innovative and compelling programs to ensure Culture, Diversity and Belonging can be maximized for global scale and impact.
Successful candidates will have experience managing multiple, concurrent programs across global organizations and locations.
You will gather perspectives of people in your region and articulate those views, providing key insights that will inform culturally sensitive and targeted approaches to building culture, diversity and belonging.
Working closely with the L&OD team, you will help to scale learning solutions and ensure regional specificity. You must balance analytical rigor with an agile mindset to build data-driven solutions, collect feedback, iterate quickly, and measure results.
You will leverage your passion to positively influence others, educate where needed, and collaborate effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders.
Responsibilities + Participate in the development of culture, diversity and belonging global strategy + Execute on analytics driven culture and design, plan and project manage?
D&B initiatives + Develop and deliver learning solutions to educate employees about culture, diversity and belonging + Measure progress through listening campaigns, surveys, tracking tools and analysis of employee data + Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, up to and including SVP's + Identify site and organization specific opportunities to raise awareness and build inclusive work practices + Effectively manage change in your region to build employee support for and adoption of culture and D&B practices, including creating and implementing communications plans + Co-create and manage ERG related events and partnerships Minimum Qualifications + 5+ years in culture, diversity and belonging work, organizational development, project or program management.
