Job Description

We are looking for a front office manager assistant to help manage our front office area, ensure that visitors receive a friendly welcome, also coordinate all reception activities, including calls, reservations, customer services.

As a front office manager assistant, you must combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team.

Our ideal candidate can efficiently handle complaints and has a strong approach to customer service.

Definitely, you must be able to ensure that our reception provides a professional and friendly service to our customers.

Shared responsibilities with the front office manager

  • Train, supervise and support the team, including receptionists, security assistants and call center agents
  • Schedule shifts
  • Ensure that customer service is timely and accurate
  • Address specific customer complaints and requests
  • Solve emergencies
  • Ensure that security requirements
  • Apply the standards and use the tools that Marriott marks us.
  • Job Requirements

  • Demonstrable work experience as a shift manager or supervisor for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Mastery of the Opera hotel management system
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written). A third language will be valued
  • Mastery of MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge of the tools that Marriott uses on a day-to-day basis
  • Excellent communication skills and people skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Problem solving capabilities
