Main responsibilities

  • To act as Project Leader in the development and follow-up of the launches and animations assigned to him / her as responsibility.
  • Promote and ensure the global image of the assigned brands and proactively generate proposals and ideas to reinforce the strategic line of the brand.
  • Preparation of a medium and long term master plan for the assigned brands, planning a timing by phases for each project.
  • Coordinate with all the departments involved (Operations / Packaging / Legal / Regulatory / R&D / external suppliers..
  • the development of the launches, ensuring that the cost, quality and timing parameters established in the brief are respected.
  • Creation and analysis of expected P&L per project.
  • Coordinate and prepare the necessary product tests together with the Claims Department and external agencies.
  • Point out the detected needs of product or market testing, or any other information that you think is important to obtain for the best performance of your functions.
  • Knowledge and analysis of the market and the competition
  • Coordination of the internal administrative management processes required to carry out a new launch (creation of codes, request for country forecasts, preparation of reports and presentations for meetings, etc.)
  • Preparation and presentation of internal and external project briefs.
  • Informing country Mkt departments about new projects and launch plans and collecting their feedback.
  • Provide the necessary support to countries for brand launches or animation activities, presenting and arguing the launches to the local operational sales or marketing teams if they need it as support.
  • Monitoring reporting of assigned projects through reports or presentations.
  • Responsible for following up the agenda in the development, sending and delivery of the launch or animation materials for the countries and possible contingencies, periodically informing the departments involved of the status of the project.
  • Follow-up and consolidation of information on distribution, sales and evolution of the assigned brands in the countries
  • Control and follow up of orders / orders placed with external suppliers.
  • Preparation of international meetings (coordination of materials, presentations...)
  • Periodic monitoring and control of expenditure (Brand Support) on projects, respecting the assigned budget, anticipating possible deviations.
  • Provide the Digital team with the necessary information and support for the periodic updating of the website and the development of campaigns in RRSS of the brands under their responsibility.
  • Collaborate with Education in the creation of training programmes for hairdressers
  • Management and updated maintenance of documentation archive and image library (Intranet)
  • Carrying out the necessary travel and trips to carry out their work.
  • Special responsibilities

  • On the management of the budget allocated to his / her projects.
  • High on briefing and monitoring of estimated COGs for new projects.
  • Responsible for taking the ownership of product ideation, concept development and testing, product plan preparation, marketing mix development, go-to-market strategy and post launch analysis.
  • Develop and successfully drive the strategy for the Direct Color and Demi-Permanent categories.
  • Make a consistent and creative 360 marketing mix (products, merchandising, animation, communication and training).
  • Work closely with all cross functional teams.
  • Be fully aware of the haircolor market trends, as well as the competitors initiatives and the international specificities.
  • Interface with internal and external business partners to ensure that business objectives are met and aligned with the Brand’s goals.
  • Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experiences (ideally from sector).
  • Positive, dynamic and confident.
  • Structured thinker, at the same time articulate.
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration and related disciplines from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent in written and spoken English, other languages are a plus.
  • Experience working or living abroad a plus.
