We are looking for a bright, motivated and switched on IT Consultant to support the deployment and development of Tech Data’s CRM system.
As a core member of the CRM Team this role will be instrumental in supporting digital transformation projects by deploying, supporting and enhancing SAP CRM throughout the global organization.
Provide support for the SAP CRM systems which are used in multiple European countries, North America and APAC and have an active user base of thousands.
This includes solving technical issues assigned to the CRM team and often involves the analysis of complex production issues which may traverse multiple systems in the highly integrated IT landscape.
Support projects with designing and building enhancements across the toolset that meet business requirements.
Support rollouts of SAP CRM into new business areas and teams.
Develop, test and promote patches, fixes and enhancements to the production environment as per the change control guidelines.
Learn and support non-SAP technologies such as Marketo Engage for Marketing Automation
Communicate effectively with the client to identify business needs, issues and requirements, and evaluate business solutions as required.
Code analysis and problem identification to accelerate developments
Knowledge transfer to Trainers, Subject Matter Experts and other consultants
Provide occasional support outside of normal working hours for month-end, P1 issues, system maintenance / go-lives
Deliverables as assigned by the stream lead
Knowledge Skills and Experience
2-5 years business experience
SAP CRM process and system configuration knowledge
ABAP code debugging skills
Analytic skills for problem solving
Customer oriented behavior and good communicational skills
Ability to work in an international environment and a team split across the world
Fluency in the English language
