Scope of the Industrial Distributor Sales Representative position is to :
Promote sales of the lubricants marketed by Moove Spain in the designated area through the customers of the company, in coordination with the other business lines, following the sales policies and strategies of Moove Spain in order to optimize the profitability of the business in the area of his responsibility.
Key Deliverables of Position :
Sales revenue, volume and gross margin as components of the P&L, accordance with the Zone's Sales Plan.
All OPEX and CAPEX related to sales within sales territory.
Establish and achieve the objectives outlined in the year Sales Plan in close cooperation with the rest of the organization.
Flawless execution of activities with emphasis on safety and control.
Responsibilities as our Industrial Distributor Sales Representative are to :
Maintain, grow and acquire lubrication sales through the application of Moove sales processes, including Pipeline Management, demand forecasting, and Sales Planning within geographic area.
Implementation of Marketing Programs and Sales Plan for the Zone with proper emphasis on compliance with established pricing architecture.
Develop individual account strategies in support of territory sales goals. Analyze / solve customer business issues and present meaningful recommendations / solutions.
Work with channel partners to achieve sales results and look for new ones if necessary. Support distributor sales representatives in implementing target market programs and closing new business opportunities as outlined by the integrated distributor business plan.
Knowledge and monitoring of market positioning and commercial conditions in the different sales channels for both, Moove products and those of competitors in the assigned area of influence.
Reporting the necessary data (competitor actions, customer concerns, prospecting of potential customers, etc.) to decide and plan market actions.
Engage Field Engineering Support (and other support functions) as necessary to add value and increase Moove’s profitability.
Responsible and accountable to define (and implement where appropriate) proper levels of service for key accounts in territory in agreement with the technical department.
Skills required of our Technical Advisor :
University degree or equivalent (ideally in sales)
Experience in oil or lubricants
Excellent analytical skills
Good relationship building skills
