We are looking for an Account Manager for our tech suppliers to join the Product Operations team!

As an Account Manager within Product Operations team, your primary responsibility will be managing tech suppliers across the Builders department to positively impact their return on investment.

The Builders consists of a group of teams with different skillsets such as Data, Design, Builders Ops, Engineering, Product and Supplier Relations.

They are all in charge of creating a world-class product for the travel industry, and they use a suite of third-party tech suppliers to improve productivity and efficiency.

What you will do :

  • Own a portfolio of tech suppliers and take ownership of the relationship to improve return on investment.
  • Gain a deep understanding of tech suppliers and their purpose. Identify problems that the organization is trying to solve with them and factors that are driving the need of these products.
  • Forecast Tech Supplier volume and negotiate agreements, including contract renewals.
  • Identify problems and opportunities within each tech supplier and develop strategies to improve commercials, operational efficiency and utilization.
  • Be TravelPerk’s POC internally. You’ll be the first one to address any issues, get support from our technical teams but also educate internally on any new product features.
  • What you need :

  • Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience within Account Management.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
  • Experience with SaaS products.
  • Customer focused with a passion of working with people.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, and an advanced level of Excel.
  • Hard Worker, willing to go the extra mile.
  • Proactive : You never wait for opportunities to arise, you create them!
  • Self-driven, with experience in taking responsibility / ownership and delivering.
  • Results driven : You are focused on delivering continuous and measurable improvements to the user.
  • Organized : You are very organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Resourcefulness : find workarounds for when expectations don't meet reality.

  • Please note that this role requires you to be based in Barcelona. We can help with relocation if you hold a permission to work in the EU.
