We are looking for someone to lead the Digital team and Performance strategy of a major client.
We need someone highly focused on client service and who masters all digital disciplines involved (social, search, display / programmatic and affiliation).
He or she will be responsible for a team of +6 people, so management and interpersonal skills are also required.
The candidate must be ready to work in a highly dynamic and demanding environment, and should be comfortable with tight deadlines and working under pressure.

STRATEGY focus :
Performance digital strategy approach to maximize the brand s revenue, both in the e-store and in retailers.
Finding insights and trends through the expert use of tools and events
Results analysis to find opportunities and new ways of working to improve performance
Relationship and collaboration with key players (Google, Amazon, Facebook)
The selected candidate will work integrated into the agency team and the rest of PM practices in the writing of a full multichannel strategy.
He / she will participate in :
Brief meetings and joined strategies
Global digital figures analysis to understand global strategy
Multichannel analysis (i.e. GRPS vs searches, TV special actions vs sales, etc.)
He / she will be responsible for the integration and collaboration with the Client in terms of :
Business KPIs understanding and data cross-analysis
Cross-agency weekly meetings with the different stakeholders (ecommerce, web analysis, client, etc.)
CLIENT SERVICES requirements :
Digital strategy presentation to client (global and channel-specific Search, social, Amazon, etc.).
Reporting insights and conclusions presentation to client (total performance and channel-specific).
Leading figure in the cross-agency meetings
Main contact for global topics and / or urgent issues
Investment and invoicing control
DATA ANALYSIS AND OPTIMIZATION of :
Global results review of all channels in main brand events (launches and all relevant campaigns)
Deep analysis of results in coordination with the team in order to identify trends, insights and learnings for future campaigns (all channels)
Campaign Manager and Search Ads 360 expertise to be able to deeply analyze figures and results
Detailed figures analysis for reporting and strategies elaboration
Floodlights and basic trafficking knowledge is also required.
The candidate must have experience in team management, as he / she will be directly responsible for a team of 6+ people.
As responsible for the digital activity of a global account, it is essential to have a high level of spoken and written English.
There is daily communication with all global teams and client global leads (via email and call) and presentations are often carried out in English.
University degree related to Marketing, Advertising or Economics, or around 4-6 years of experience managing clients in digital performance
Are proficient in English (B2 or more)
