The PM for Customer activation is critical to reach our growth milestones. Youll lead all initiatives to improve our user onboarding process by optimizing all the steps in the journey and work on all of the critical aspects of the customer activation.
This position will report to the Head of Product in the Barcelona office and work closely with all the teams at Bling.
Identify and prioritize new opportunities for enhancing the user experience during the onboarding of the app.
Document and drive the implementation of new experiences during the user activation process and keep effective communication across all stakeholders.
Own the performance of all assigned KPIs and AB test all the initiatives towards a continuous improvement of the user experience.
Communicate the roadmap, prioritization and scope trade off decisions to key stakeholders.
Manage cross-functional teams in business, product, finance, design, engineering, as well as vendor partnerships in Paris and Barcelona in an agile, fast-paced environment.

3-5 experience in product management
Experience in building app features to improve user onboarding in B2C
Experience successfully launching and scaling app products and top user experiences
Plan and execute A / B testing experiments to improve experiences and diagnose problems through usability research and analytics.
Self-starter, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands on approach
Exceptional prioritization and project management skills
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
Experience with user onboarding in Fintech app is a plus
Experience within a scale up phase startup is a plus
