Design, development and implementation of an annual development training plan :
Based on learning initiatives according to BUs needs with a blended learning and development approach focused on the product and disease, business skills and capabilities excellence knowledge and the implementation of the different learning paths for the different teams across BUs, mainly, but not limited to KAMs / IFMAs / MSLs in Spain and Portugal.
Identify and analyze the different development areas aligned to the franchises’ strategies.
Implement effectively the learning and development plan with an efficient use of resources, optimizing company s systems and tools, optimal use of external vendors, in house trainers and self-delivering training.
Design and deliver a learning and development model based on a blended methodology including impactful learning options and using external partners if needed.
Collaborate and partner across BUs in order to support them and to build a strong and integrated learning and development plan.
Effectively partner with EUCAN learning and development initiatives in order to enhance the training offers.
Align with EUCAN / HR capabilities needs, provide necessary capabilities training to develop the Infield Teams.
Work with local brand teams to design, deliver and facilitate training activities and workshops if needed (but not medical content).
Work closely with the Learning and Development manager in order to look for the best and high impact development solutions to enhance the performance of the teams.
Monitor the implementation of the learning and development plan in the field.
To ensure an updated track of every training activity based on assessment results and providing constructive feedback in order to detect training needs.
Handle and maximize profitability of the training budget (including official allowances).
On Boarding programs :
To own and improve the On Boarding programs for new KAMs, IFMAs, MSLs across BUs and aligned to internal training SOPs.
Design, development and implementation of On Boarding learning initiatives across BUs to get the new comers fit for field that include excellence in product and disease knowledge, customer engagement model, customer facing excellence training, CRM and all the contents required by every role.
Responsible for managing and coordinating the cross functional teams (Medical, Marketing, Customer Excellence) in order to get the excellence in the execution of the On Boarding programs.
To ensure an updated track of every training activity based on assessment results and provide constructive feedback in order to improve the training activities included in the plan.
Monitor the implementation of the On Boarding plan.
Business Partnering with other departments (HR, Marketing, )
Business partnering to give support and guidance on the technical and business skills development and in close collaboration with other departments (HR, Marketing, .
with the most upskilled and innovative learning solutions.
Partnering with HR in order to give support with leadership and management training and to deliver consistent and high impact people development solutions.
Advise and guide on leadership development for the business area supported working closely with HR.
Maintain a continuous update in the external training offer, conventional and digital programs, business schools, educational centers, consultants as well as new methodologies, apps, educational platforms
Accomplish with Internal Training SOPs, audit and External Iberia regulations
Report the importance of compliance with current regulations and practices and codes that regulate the promotion of products in the different training actions.
Ensure in their responsibility area that we work according to Corporate compliance, Ethics Code and legal standards.
Communicate to the pharmacovigilance department any adverse reactions known to you, at the moment you are aware of them, according to the internal procedure of the company.
Manage relationship with external vendors to provide a high quality portfolio of learning initiatives which are cost effective and fit for purpose.

University degree (Healthcare degree preferred )
Post graduate degree preferred (MBA or similar)
Understanding of Pharmaceutical market business, marketing and financial principles.
