We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our global digital department. The candidate should have CRM knowledge and database management skills.
A versatile profile with a strong analytical background and always looking for ways to optimize conversions. Should have the ability to make things happen .
He / She will need to have a global vision, finding scalable ways to create cross-market strategies.
What You Will Do
Manage the global database. Design and execute a cross-market growth plan taking into account the legal requirements. Follow up on action plans regarding specific growth KPIs.
Work closely with each market to identify new growth opportunities to increase and enrich our user database.
Define the lead plan with the clear goal of increasing leads and optimizing conversion rate to subscriptions. Design A / B test to get new insights.
Manage campaigns segmentation in the business intelligence tool and control the data integration between all our CRM tools.
Responsible for the customer portfolio analysis. Define and create clusters to optimize segmentations for the different commercial communications.
Reporting main CRM KPIs and actions results.
Minimum studies :
Degree. Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
CRM knowledge and its different areas of application. 3-4 years’ experience in CRM departments or similar.
Interpret metrics, data driven. High knowledge of business intelligence tools.
Creativity and a self-starter attitude with a constructive critical thinking
Dynamic and analytical profile with self-learning ability and good oral and written communication skills.
High English required. You must communicate in English with the stakeholders of the different countries.
