The procurement category Logistics & Services is looking for GCM (Global Commodity Manager) with global responsibility for the commodities of Temporary Labor, HR Services, and Training.

Your new role

  • You act as a Global Commodity Manager (f / m / div) for Temporary Labor, HR Services, and Training
  • You are globally responsible for the commodity and sourcing strategy, supplier relations, internal stakeholder management, and professional development of the team
  • You have a central role in several transformational projects (e.g., digitalization in external resource management)
  • You will lead key negotiations with global suppliers
  • You will drive cross-functional improvements (cost, service performance & quality, demand management) with key stakeholders such as receiving business departments and HR
  • You have a functional reporting line to a team of strategic buyers with presence in each world region to you
  • Your qualifications

  • You have a relevant University degree and relevant professional experience (minimum of 5 years) within the areas of strategic procurement, procurement or supply chain management, or project management
  • You assume accountability and ownership, are independent, open minded and proactive
  • You have strong analytical and outstanding communication skills
  • You are a dedicated team player with leadership skills thriving in a dynamic, international environment
  • You are a networker and have excellent skills in stakeholder management
  • You have excellent English skills both orally and in writing
  • You are willing to perform business travels globally up to 20% of your working time
